Otunba Olu Adenodi
OTUNBA OLU ADENODIis a graduate of the famous University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University). He holds a good honours degree in Law.
He was called to the Nigerian Bar in November 1988 and has been practicing Law in Nigeria for over 33 years.
He has been a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and a Notary Public since 2000, after a recommendation by 13 Judges in the Lagos State, including the Chief Judge and a Chartered Arbitrator. He is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management and an Alumnus of the prestigious Manchester University Business School.
He is also member of the Institute of Directors (IoD) He is the Head and Managing Partner of Olu Adenodi & Co.
He is married with children. He is vast in money market operations and has taken the chambers to the capital market as Solicitors to the Trustees of either a debenture stock or some other holdings. He is also involved in the energy sector of the economy. Which led the formation of Solonic Energy Limited which he now chairs.
He is very vast in debt/loan recovery laws and procedures especially in the pre-emptive remedies in the recovery of debts, from the writ of sequestration to garnishee and bankruptcy on recovery of debts including the enforcement of foreign judgments.
He holds a nomination into the 7th Development in Nigeria Merit Awards. A testimony to the thoroughness and integrity of OtunbaOlu Adenodi.
He is the Chairman of Parents Teachers Association of Innocent Group of Schools Surulere and Chairman/Owner of Wisdom Spring Group of Schools, Egan Town, Lagos.
He is an astute Politician. He has traveled far and wide, he is into tourism, and he currently practicing as an investment attorney.
Otunba Olu Adenodi is from OndoTown in OndoState of Nigeria. He is working with the DTI of South Africa to promote investment between two(2) African Biggest economy, offering various legal and investment advice for prospective investors in the two (2) countries.
PETER EWEMEN
MR PETER EWEMEN is thorough Project Administrator. He attended the Government Demonstration School Surulere and Government College, Eric Moore, both in Lagos, Nigeria.
He is a highly experienced Business Administrator having studied Business Administration at the Stadt Rhein University, Mulhem– Germany before taking on various Administrative/Management roles with Peter MaasenGmbH Company (as Director Management), State Oberhauseunas an Administrator and Replay Jean GmBHas Head Administration.
Peter joined Solonic international GMBH as an Engineering and Management Administrator before evolving as MD of Solonic Energy Limited.
He hails from Edo State of Nigeria, married and blessed with children.
Josephine Abraham Ukpabio
An experienced Client Service Manager with a B.Sc in BioChemistry at the University of Uyo. Also a product of the Calabar Prepartory School and Federal Government College, Ikot Ekpene in Akwa Ibom State. She went further to study Corporate Administration at the Nigerian Institute of Chartered Administrators.
She has over 15 years experience and has served in the management team of BHS International Limited for 7 years handling the dual portfolio of Head of Corporate Communications and Human Resources before joining Solonic Energy Limited as the Group General Manager.
She is from Akwa Ibom State and is married with children.
ENGINEER OLUSEGUN BRIGHT OLADIMEJI
Olusegun, is a Coren registered Structural Engineer with over 12 years experience of vast professional experience in construction and cost management, project planning, analysis and design in Architectural Engineering and Construction, AEC industry.
He leads with a key focus on profitability, safety and stability of structure, is effective in making objective decisions, proactive on timely execution.
Engineer Segun is a 2008 HND graduate of the Polytechnic Ibadan and holds a post graduate diploma in Civil Engineering from the Federal University of Technology, Akure.
Before joining Solonic in 2019, Engineer Segun worked as with Biswal Limited as Regional Quality Manager for 10 years. He has handled many structural projects and deploys his vast years of experience in ensuring the success of all Solonic Projects.
